What types of pouches do you offer?

We offer 4 different types of products! My Stand Up Pouch, My Sachet, My Flat Bottom Pouch and My FFS Film! All pouch options come in a range of materials and finishes!

Can I fully customize the design, size, and finish of my pouch?

Yes you can fully customise your pouch! Choose from our range of sizes, features, materials and finishes, then upload your artwork to give it that final brand touch!

Are your pouches food-safe and suitable for edible products?

What materials are your pouches made from, and are they recyclable or eco-friendly?

Our pouches are made from a range of materials to suit different needs, including recyclable mono-material films, compostable plant-based materials, and conventional flexible laminates. Many of our pouches are fully recyclable and certified for recycling, while our compostable options are made from renewable materials designed to break down in the correct composting conditions. We also use recycled and bio-based content where possible to help reduce environmental impact.

Can I see a sample of my pouch before placing a full order?

You can order a free sample pack with a My Pouch design on. However, if you'd like to see a pouch with your branding and design, it would come at a cost. Enquire today using our contact us form to find out more.

What is rePurpose Global and the made from recycling seal?

rePurpose Global is a plastic action platform that helps brands take responsibility for their plastic footprint by funding the collection and processing of plastic waste that might otherwise pollute the environment. When a brand partners with rePurpose Global, they commit to recovering plastic from nature equal to the amount used in their packaging, supporting waste collection projects and communities in regions with limited waste infrastructure

The Made for Recycling logo means that the pouch has been certified that it can be recycled. You can apply this to your pouch to show that your product can be recycled!

Can I have a window on my packaging?

Yes you can, simply select a clear layer when configuring your pouch and add your window on the artwork, and cut it out on the white layer!

Sustainability Logo's

Questions about the Sustainability Logo's on offer!

What are the optional sustainability logos?

When you design your pouch through the configurator, you can choose to add one or both of two independently backed logos: the Interzero 'Made for Recycling' seal and the rePurpose Global plastic recovery logo. Each is an optional add-on with an additional cost, shown in the configurator before you order.

What does the Interzero 'Made for Recycling' seal mean?

The seal shows that your pouch's structure has been independently assessed by Interzero, a recycling and packaging specialist, and rated as having good or very good recyclability. It gives your customers clear, credible information about how your packaging is designed to be recycled.

Can I add the Interzero seal to any pouch?

No. The seal is only available on Recyclable Mono PE, Mono PP, and Paper Recyclable structures that have passed Interzero's recyclability assessment. If you select an eligible structure in the configurator, the option to add the logo will appear.

Does the Interzero seal mean my pouch will be recycled?

The seal confirms that the pouch is designed to be recyclable. Whether it's actually recycled depends on local collection and recycling facilities where your customer lives, which vary between countries and councils. We recommend pairing the seal with clear disposal instructions on your pack.

What is the rePurpose Global logo?

rePurpose Global is a plastic action platform that funds the verified recovery of plastic waste from the environment through a network of partner projects. When you choose this add-on, a contribution is made to recover the amount of plastic based on the plastic used in your pouch order, and you can display the rePurpose Global logo to show your support.

Does the rePurpose Global logo make my packaging "plastic neutral"?

No, and we'd advise against describing it that way. The logo shows that your brand funds plastic recovery projects. It doesn't change the pouch itself or cancel out its environmental impact. Rules in the UK and EU increasingly restrict "neutral" claims based on offsetting, so we recommend keeping your messaging focused on your support for plastic recovery.

How much do the sustainability add-ons cost?

Each logo is priced differently, which will be added on to the total price when you select it in the configurator.

Will adding a logo affect my delivery time?

No, adding a logo will not affect delivery time

Where will the logo appear on my pouch?

You can place the logo wherever you like on your pouch. Simply download it from the downloads section, and apply it to your artwork.

Can I use the logos on my website and marketing too?

Yes, you can use it on your website and for marketing, to show that your pouch is third party recyclable ready, and you are supporting plastic recovery.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom pouches?

The MOQ for our products is 500 bags

What do I do if I don't have my own artwork?

We don't offer design services for original creation or conceptual work, but we can recommend trusted design partners who can help bring your idea to life. If you already have a design, we can help adjust it to the correct cutter/dieline or make basic text amends. Get in touch with your requirements and we'll advise on the best way forward.

What file formats do you accept for printing designs?

We accept PDF files. Simply upload after selecting the customisables on your product!

How long does it take to produce the pouches after artwork approval?

It depends on the format and structure you order. Typically:

My Stand Up Pouch: 15–30 days
My Sachet: 10–15 days
My Flat Bottom Pouch: 25–40 days
My FFS Films: 10–15 days

Do you offer bulk discounts or pricing for large orders?

Our online pricing is targeted to low MOQ and only covers orders up to 10,000 units. If your demand is greater, please get in touch for a custom quote based on your required volume.

Shipping & Payment

Questions about delivery and shipping

Do you ship internationally, and if so, which countries do you cover?

Currently we only offer shipping to the UK via the website, but we can ship globally. Once we have all delivery details, we can offer delivered pricing. Please get in touch.

How long does shipping usually take once my pouches are produced?

UK deliveries, once made, are delivered within 48 hours. Europe / North America can take up to 5-7 business days.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once you've submitted your order and your artwork has been approved, we can begin the production process. Once completed and dispatched, we'll issue a tracking link so you can track the delivery.

How are the pouches packaged for delivery to ensure they don’t get damaged?

We carefully wrap and put your order into protective boxes designed to deliver it in perfect condition. Larger orders are palletised and pallet wrapped.

Do you offer expedited or express shipping options?

We aim to ship all orders on a priority service, but sometimes that's not quick enough. If required, we can arrange a dedicated courier. Please speak with the team and they can cost this for you.
