Our Basic Recipe

  • 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt (soya milk, milk will do)
  • a little honey to taste
  • one centimetre squared of ginger (only if you want to)
  • then have fun put in what ever you like fruit or veg or both. We all ways pre cut our fruit up then freeze it. So when your ready for it just grab them and pop then in the blender.
  • We all ways put Banana and a few grapes in to make it smooth and silky

Just pop all the ingredients into a blender and whiz untill smooth. Easy!
